|Albert Marais – General Manager I am appointed as General Manager with the responsibility of both Higher-, further education and the QCTO qualifications. I completed an Hons B.SC, Hons B (B&A) and an MBA and am also an accredited Assessor and Moderator. I have many years' experience in administrative management, financial management, staff management, farming, cellar management and marketing.|
|Edel Goldbach - Academic Manager I am currently the Academic Manager at Moonstone Business School of Excellence. My job, as I see it, is to make sure that the quality of our education offerings continues to improve, and that our students are able to reach out to us so that we can help them excel in their studies! I have recently completed my Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning through the University of the Free State. I have been a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional since 2008. When work is not keeping me busy, then my family certainly does so. With two teenage daughters who are avid hip-hoppers and avid horse-riders, there seems to be just no time to breathe- but I guess having to keep up with it all is what keeps me young.|
|Julette Wentzel - Senior Lecturer I am currently a Senior Lecturer at Moonstone Business School of Excellence, where I am responsible for researching and developing study material, facilitating workshops and providing student support. I hold a B.Com degree and have for close to 30 years, always been involved in one or other form of adult education and training, in the financial services sector, the public sector and other higher education institutions. In my free time, I enjoy reading and spending time with my husband and 22-year-old son.|
|Gail Gibson - Senior Lecturer I am currently a Senior Lecturer at Moonstone Business School of Excellence, where I am responsible for researching and developing study material, facilitating workshops and providing student support. I hold a Post-Graduate and an Advanced Post-Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State; Supply Chain Management and Contract Management from the International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Institute; and Investment and Portfolio Management from UNISA.
I have published articles in a number of periodicals and magazines and my book "The A-Z of GRC: Governance, Risk and Compliance simplified" is available on the Juta website.
|Monique Brummer - Lecturer I hold an Honours degree in Financial Management from the University of Johannesburg and I'm also a part-qualified CIMA member. I have more than 10 years lecturing experience at various Higher Education Institutions. I am one of the lecturers at MBSE, and I believe Confucius had it right when he said: "If you choose a job that you love, you will never have to work a day in your life." I endeavour to see students succeed and reach their full potential. When I’m not at the office, I'm a Burgeoning Baker, Multitasking Mother and Wholehearted Wife. Karl-Heinz Michel - Junior Lecturer As part of my post as junior lecturer, I am involved with material development and training at MBSE. It is also my job to proof read all training material. After graduating Cum Laude with a degree in Psychology, I became a financial advisor and recently obtained my Post-graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. I have a passion for languages, financial planning and music; and consider myself the 'eternal student' with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge.|
|Marinda Faasen - Manager: Learning Technologies I am responsible for all aspects of Learning Technologies at MBSE, which includes taking care of the Learning Management System, online course design and lecturer support. I completed a Masters and PhD, both in educational technologies. The Masters focused on the use of Hypermedia for Language Learning and the PhD in Curriculum Studies focused on the role of learning design for active learning using Audience Response Systems. In my spare time I enjoy reading, music, trail running and surfing.|
|Elaine Jooste - Operations Manager Currently appointed as Operations Manager with Moonstone Business School of Excellence and having worked within the organisation (previously PSG Academy), for almost 7 years, I have gained invaluable experience relating to the functions within the Private Higher Education environment. Having completed the National Certificate in Wealth Management and being in contact with students on a daily basis, I can relate to our clients within the industry on a professional as well as a personal level. My core motivation lies with service excellence and I direct my team in the same manner.|
|Ronel Nell - Operatonal Manager Frans-Petrus Zeelie - Programme Coordinator I am working at MBSE as Project Coordinator to pursue my passion for education and working with people. I have qualifications in Information Technology: Systems Engineering; Business Management & Economics Sciences; Wealth Management; and currently in the process of completing my degree in Accounting Sciences. In my free time I enjoy travelling, living a fit and healthy lifestyle, gym, reading, sinking into my passion for movies, and expanding my talent for music.|
|Veronica Grobler - Office Administrator I am a dynamic, energetic, pro-active and professional office administrator with proven ability to successfully run all administration functions for a busy office with integrity. I am a warm, friendly individual, committed to exceeding every need of the situation. I deliver sustainable efficient and reliable solutions in the areas of office administration, which enable and empower Management to focus on the core business areas of the Company, safe in the knowledge that administration is completely under control, has integrity, and is effective.|
|Christine Molekwa – Programme Coordinator I am a Programme Coordinator at MBSE., I manage the Results Department, and is also a Project Coordinator. She completed a course in Computer Literacy, Reception, Customer Services and General Admin. She worked with various corporate clients, including Liberty Life and Standard Bank Financial Consultants. My passion for people makes me strongly focused on Customer Service, a great team-player and diverse in my Communication Skills – I am capable of speaking 8 of South Africa’s 11 official languages.”|
|Maria Mahlangu – Office Assistant I am employed as Office Assistant and I have gained a lot of knowledge in terms of office administration as well as well-developed people skills. I find great pleasure in my job and seeing the team happy.|
